A simple back-to-top button, with progress bar.
You can enable it by setting rootComponents.backToTop to true in plugin options.
Customization
You can set an object to rootComponents.backToTop to customize the button.
The default threshold distance is 100 pixels, and you can customize it by setting rootComponents.backToTop.threshold to a number.
You can also hide the progress bar by setting rootComponents.backToTop.progress to false.
